How is Two Bit Circus reopening?
We are following LA County Health and Safety guidelines and will adapt and evolve as they change.

Our mission is to bring people together to play, eat, drink, and generally experience life at its highest resolution. That mission remains true today and even though it will look a little different, we are still here to take you to other worlds, or to train you to perform surgery on a puppet.

Two Bit Circus is fully open indoors and outdoors!

What kind of experience will we have at Two Bit Circus?

Reserve our new ticketed experience at Two Bit Circus. Each $70 general admission package includes park access for 2 guests, $70 playing card valid towards the purchase of attractions and/or food and beverages. Up to 6 additional guests may be added. A $35 player card credit per additional guest will be added to the group’s playing card.

What attractions are available?
We took the best of Two Bit Circus and packaged it together just for you (and your Quaranteam). This includes access to our Story Rooms, VR Arena, Arcade, and Midway. We’ve even built in the ability to use credit towards a Food & Beverage option so that you’re well energized and hydrated.

What steps are you taking to keep the micro amusement park safe?

The Two Bit Circus Team has always gone to extraordinary measures to provide a safe experience for our guests and carnies alike. We will continue those measures, thoroughly cleaning the Park as we always have and ensuring that our guests also use the disinfecting products available in every area. We are following all guidelines and are currently only operating naturally distanced activities indoors as required by our Los Angeles County Health Office Order.

Do I have to wear a mask?
Two Bit Circus always complies with city and state ordinances and laws. All guests will be required to wear masks if attending regardless of vaccination status.

Tell me more about this experience? How many people are allowed in one reservation/group?
2 people are the minimum and 8 people are the maximum size required per reservation. Please note that only Space Squad in Space and Dr Botcher’s Medical School are 6 player attractions. All other games are designed for groups of 4.

What if I want to attend with less than 4 people?
You now can! We offer packages for 2 people (date night!) Packages are currently optimized for groups of 4 so we encourage you to round up your favorite 3 Quaranteam buddies or a double date for the best experience. Some attractions may not be playable with less than 4 guests as we are currently not operating games with mixed groups. If you’re single and ready to mingle, hang tight until we’re able to expand our offerings.

How does check-in work?
Guests must follow all Two Bit Circus guidelines, including but not limited to:

Adhering to your scheduled reservation time, arriving 15 minutes prior to package start time for check-in and waiver verification. Maintaining 6 feet of social distancing from others not in your household. Wearing a mask at all times (if not fully vaccinated) unless while seated eating and drinking. See our FAQ for additional terms and conditions.

Please note that you will be asked to verify your purchase upon arrival. Purchases can only be retrieved by the cardholder with the original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID with signature such as a state ID, driver’s license or passport.

What happens if we’re late for our experience?
Well, don’t be late! Your reservation time starts 15 minutes prior to play for check-in and play instructions. If you are late (again, don’t be late), it will impact your overall package and experience. Soooo, don’t be late (we can’t emphasize this enough.)

How much time is required to cancel an experience?
You can cancel your experience 24 hours or more in advance.
Day-of cancellations will be assessed a $15 rebooking fee.
No call, no shows will be fully charged. (Don’t flake people)

Is Food and Beverage included in our experience?
Yes, didn’t we tell you we built a premium experience for you? You’ll be able to use credit from your package and apply it towards Food and Beverage. If you choose to spend all your credit on VR or Arcade and need to order Food and Beverage, you will still be able to order Food and Beverage for an additional cost.

How does payment in the park work now?
To ensure the health and safety of our guests and carnies, we will not be accepting cash as a form of payment. Experiences are designed to be pre-purchased before arriving at the park, and guests will be required to pay using a valid debit or credit card for any additional purchases during the experience. Contactless payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay is highly encouraged. *Please note that you will be asked to verify your purchase upon arrival with a photo ID and the corresponding debit or credit card used to make the reservation.

I have a gift card, credit, or pre-purchased item (Groupon, etc). How will that work based on your new experience model?

Gift cards and credits can be applied to your experience, in order to do so, simply enter your card number and PIN in the gift card field on the online checkout page. I would like to book an event or party, can I still do that?

In-person and online! We have something for everyone! Our park is back open and we look forward to hosting your group! But if you’re looking for something virtual,  we’ve have Two Bit Circus REMOTE our live interactive gameshow too! However, we have heard our guests and have successfully launched our virtual event platform, called Two Bit Circus REMOTE. Please contact our Events team!

IS THE CIRCUS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. Most areas of the park are accessible. Most activities and games are also accessible. However, a few do require specific actions like standing and jumping from side to side.

MINIMUM AGE

While there’s something for everyone, our current hours of operation are evenings only, so we strongly recommend guests 18+

PARKING
As we’ve turned our parking lot into a patio, we do not have parking in our lot at the moment. There are two nearby public parking structures and plenty of street parking along Mateo.
